Fitness and movement have been a part of my life since I started ballet at the age of four, but it wasn’t until I started strength training in my 20s that I decided to become an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and help others improve their health and fitness. I spent many years simply exercising to burn calories and looking for that post-workout feeling of pure exhaustion. When I dove more into strength training and, specifically, kettlebell training I started to understand and appreciate the value of TRAINING and that’s where I saw the biggest changes start to occur.

My mission is to empower others to take control over their health and start viewing training as a long term goal. I work with my clients to make movement a part of their everyday life and to create consistent, long-lasting health habits. I aim to create a positive and welcoming environment while also pushing my clients to reach their full potential. I think everyone can benefit from training - it forces you to set your ego aside and do the work to better yourself and no one regrets improving who they are.

Specialties

With every client, I first build a strong foundation with proper movement patterns and core work. A main focus of mine is training with kettlebells because their versatility and skill development applies to building strength and lean muscle, losing unwanted body fat and improving functional movements. Lastly, I love incorporating high intensity interval training (HIIT) for a fun conditioning effect and to promote weight loss.
