Hallie Tobias is a Portland-based Certified Personal Trainer who believes training is one of the best investments a person can make for their overall health. Her mission is to build resilient humans through functional strength training using kettlebells, bodyweight, HIIT, and small group training. She is committed to her client’s growth and takes her time to understand who they are as individuals. Hallie has a degree in Exercise Science, is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, SFG1 Certified Kettlebell Instructor, and 200-hr registered yoga teacher.



I believe strength and the process of getting stronger has the potential to change one’s life. When you train consistently and with purpose you will find greater self-confidence, self-efficacy, and a more positive outlook. Through my own fitness journey, I’ve found that becoming stronger extends beyond our physical bodies and encompasses several aspects of self-development. When you can find empowerment through training, you become a more resilient human in every aspect of your life.
